Course programme
Curse review:
During this intensive half-day class you will learn how to level, split, fill and re-assemble an 8" Madeira cake. You will go on to apply an effective 'crumb coat', before learning how to apply the sugar-paste coating to a professional standard. Sugar 'fabric' effects will be used to cover the cake board and you will decorate the cake with your very own hand-made sugar flower decorations (also produced during the session).
We offer a wide variety of Sugarcraft and Cake Decoration courses. Please contact us for further information.
