to learn the Art of Cane Do by following the writen instruction and DVD's you will be able to grade up from 5th Kyu to 4th kyu to 3rd kyu to 2nd kyu to 1st kyu where if you wish you can go on our dan / Black belt course and be come a black belt in cane do and in doing so may become an instructor. Suitable for: anyone over the age of 10yrs old

Course programme

You will be learning the Art of Cane Do the martial Art using the walking stick as a self defence tool, you will learn all the move, kata's to take you from 5th kyu ( white belt ) up to 1st Kyu Brown and white Belt ( the grade below 1st Dan Black belt )
