About this course
Learn how to respond safely in emergency situations where injured or unwell dogs are involved. This course also develops practical, hands on skills to give participants more confidence to act when faced with a crisis involving dogs, knowing they have the skills required. CPR and First Aid. CPR practice on a canine manikin.
This course is suitable for dog professionals such as veterinary nurses, police, prison service, dog groomers, dog walkers, dog trainers, dog owners and those with an interest in dogs. Canine First Responder qualified instructor.
Gain confidence. Have trained practical skills. As part of this course you are taught the knowledge and skills required, student manuals are provided. On the day of the course you will then spend much of the time honing those skills, being practically trained by a fully qualified CFR instructor in how to assess different emergency situations and respond appropriately with correct practical skills that you have been properly trained in.
