Overview
Whether you already work in Hospitality and Catering or want to build a career in the industry, our Advanced Apprenticeship will give you the confidence to pursue your dream career. With specialist training in employment and on site in our professional standard kitchens, you will learn all aspects of industry practice, health and safety and excellent customer service. This is ideal if you want to further develop existing skills or want to learn new skills ready for industry.

Entry Requirements
Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 you will need to have completed your Level 2 and be employed within the industry.

Course Duration
12 months.

Course Assessment
Through a portfolio of evidence and observations in the workplace, and in some cases there are timed written assessments. You will work towards an NVQ, Technical Certificates and Functional Skills where appropriate. You will also be expected to complete the Employer Rights and Responsibilities framework.
