Course Units Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery:
Attending College for 1 day per week over 12 or by assessment in the workplace. The course consists of:
NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery
Key Skills to Level 1
Advanced Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery or Patisserie:
Usually Level 2 must be achieved first
NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Patisserie
Key Skills to Level 1
