Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course you will have been given the opportunity to:
· Investigate various making techniques with clay, both hand building and throwing.
· Develop an understanding of the possibilities and limitations of the medium, firing types, decoration and glazing.
Your Tutor
Ian George is a local potter making wheel thrown ceramics. Although the course concentrates on making and decorating, Ian will happily share his experience of developing glazes and building kilns.

Method of payment: Fees for short courses (10 weeks or less) to be paid in full at enrolment and for long courses (12 weeks or more) fees of 50% can be paid at enrolment plus 50% as a cheque. Course places cannot be reserved without receipt of both payments.
