If you're interested or involved with helping others, this course is for you. It aims to develop a range of counselling skills, which will be effective in many roles and helping professions.The course is accredited by the awarding body ABC and will give you an opportunity to develop a range of counselling skills.
You will develop an understanding of the importance of using counselling skills ethically and within the BACP ethical framework. You will also learn the theory behind the person-centred approach and develop self-awareness.
Entry Requirements
You will need to complete the Counselling Concepts level 2 course or equivalent, complete an application form and attend a group selection session. You will also need to have at least a level 2/GCSE grade C qualification in English Language.
