  • I liked MCSE 2012 and CCNA because they were more practical and the instructors were more informed, interacted with students. I thank Mr Selvam and Mr Manay because they helped me so much in areas where I was weak. I would call them anytime and would respond to me. Thank you very much for the continued support rendered to me during my training at the Institution.

What could be improved: The computers had low/ little memory, when we would run more than two virtual machines, they would freeze or hang. I would suggest that the Institute buys high performance computers to handle high volume of processing.

What I would highlight: The lecturers were knowledgeable professionals who helped me understand and apply the new concepts in ICT that I was learning.
What could be improved: I feel more of field trips on concepts being taught to be done. Example visiting a company using Microsoft products just to familiarize and see the systems in action. The center should be a registered exam center for professional bodies like Cisco, Microsoft, Redhat etc. It was difficult to go and do register for exams in other centers.
