Year 1 modules may include: The Psychology of Teaching, Learning and Assessment Applied Behaviour Management in Education and Training Demonstrating Professional Knowledge and Competence Year 2 modules may include: Creative Teaching and Learning Curriculum Design for Inclusive Practice Subject Specialist Teaching The assessment tasks are designed to stimulate authentic, meaningful and engaging practice in the workplace and relate, as far as possible, to authentic tasks and realistic contexts. The following summative assessment formats and methods will be used throughout the programme: You will leave the course with 120 credits. After this, you may wish to attain QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills) status. It is anticipated that trainees will have the opportunity to be employed by the institution offering the placement after their traineeship has been completed.
