Course overview

English is the language of business worldwide and many professional people are eager to improve their business English. They need trainers with the skills to help them achieve this and, like most people in business, they are looking for results. This means that they expect their trainers to be fully qualified to teach business English.

The Teaching Business English course by The English Training Centre is accredited by the College of Teachers. We are the only company to have been awarded accreditation by the College for a training course on teaching business English. This accreditation guarantees the professional quality of this programme.

Who is this course for?

If you want to teach business English, we provide an ideal training course. However, this is not an initial Tefl / Tesol qualification and anyone taking this course should already hold a Tefl or Tesol certificate or diploma accredited by an independent Tefl / Tesol accreditation body. The course should be a minimum of 100 hours (taught course) or 150 hours (distance-learning course).

If you are committed to becoming an imaginative and thoughtful teacher of business English, our course will help you achieve this.

Course length

The Teaching Business English course consists of more than 260 pages of detailed information dealing with all the important features of teaching business English. It includes sections on all the skills that a business English teacher needs to know in order to operate confidently and successfully.
