Chain Maille – Byzantine weave

This workshop is for the Byzantine chain maille weave which is suitable for the beginner. This fairly simple but intricate and beautiful weave works well in jewellery. You will learn how to successfully open and close jump rings to ensure a tight close, how to use other resourceful tools and how to create the links with the jump rings. You’ll also receive a handout with instructions on how to re-create the weave. We will be using sterling silver jump rings and toggle & clasp which is included in the price.
