Course programme

Chainsaw Operation

A very practical hands on course where candidates will practice a range of chainsaw operations such as felling, delimbing and cross cutting. After 3 days of demonstration and practice a one day assessment will be carried out and successful candidates will be awarded a certificate of competence through LANTRA.
The training is in line with National Proficiency Test Council units CS30, CS31 & CS36. NPTC testing can be arranged for candidates wishing to follow the NPTC blue book route.
