All carers in the healthcare sector specifically domiciliary agencies and nursing homes especially who require a training the trainer course, and deal with dementia, challenging behaviour, difficult behavioural and person centred care. Suitable for: Carers or other staff who need to train others in the subject of challenging behaviour and/ or dementia.

Course review:

This is a 2 day course aimed at training the delegate into becoming a trainer in the subject of challenging behaviour and dementia including person centred care (PPC).
The course material provides a Powerpoint presentation, comprehensive notes, delegate workbook and course CD.
The informal yet interactive training atmosphere accelerates training, and during the the course the new trainer will also learn about some of the potential barriers to delivering the subject and how to overcome them.
