Understand the causes and the driving forces behind ongoing organisational change.
Increase awareness & understanding of human psychological reactions to change and the potential problems these can have.
Have a deeper understanding of various change models and to develop a change model that will support their team with current changes within their organisation.
To be able to influence and persuade individuals with coaching skills to embrace the change.
