About this course
To enter the Professional Development Scheme, candidates will normally hold one or more of the following:
A degree.
The CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice.
The CIPD Certificate in Business Awareness and Professional Studies.
An HND/C in Business or related subject, with suitable relevant HR experience.
A Masters in any discipline.
Alternatively, those with a minimum of five years' HR experience may be admitted to the programme

Graduate membership of the CIPD is awarded on successful completion of all three fields of the CIPD professional standards and successful completion of a Management Report. Licentiate membership can be awarded for the successful completion of one field.
Attendance Part Time
How will I be assessed? Students will be assessed on a regular basis throughout the programme using a range of appropriate assessment methods such as written and practical assignments, projects, case studies and presentations.
How do I apply? Complete an application form (available from each campus) and return it to the Admissions Office at one of the campuses listed below. Applicants will be required to attend an interview.
