Course content:
One week is allocated to Topic 4.3 (Legislative Requirments) and Topic 1.3 (Compasses) and these topic areas are covered by tutor based learning in the Marine Learning Centre.
The remaining topics are covered in a class-room based two week course which concentrates mainly on question/answer practice.
The one-week period in the Marine Learning Centre can be either before or after the class-room period.
