Course programme

The session will cover Cooking, Chilling, Cross contamination, Cleaning and all you need for your childminding business. Whether you do full catering or simply serve packed lunches and snacks, this session will be useful to you.

Everyone who attends will receive a certificate. There is no exam. Please be advised that this is not the Level 2 in Food Safety.

All Childminders will have a visit by an Environmental Health Officer to discuss food safety however if you book on to this course then we will not visit you until you have come along and had chance to put any changes/practices etc into
