Cost
There are small costs for trips and visits and approximately 10 for uniform. There will also be a cost of 36 for a CRB check.
The Programme
This course provides the underpinning knowledge and practical training for childcare and education practitioners who work with children in a wide variety of settings. Each unit in the course includes a balance of theory and practice and is further supported by placements in pre-schools, day nurseries, primary schools, childminders and families.

Progression / Careers
Candidates can progress to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Learning and Development or Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development or employment. Past students have been successfully employed in Nurseries, playgroups and schools.
