Description of the Course

This course is a 9 unit qualification comprising of 5 mandatory units and 4 optional unit Mandatory Units include:
· Develop and promote positive relationships
· Develop and maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment for children
· Promote children's development
· Reflect on and develop practice
· Protect and promote children's rights
Assessment
Work place assessment and coursework
Who is the course for?
This course is designed for those who have successfully completed the NVQ Level 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Development/Level 2 Early Years Care and Education, or those who have proven experience of working with children.
