On this course, you'll learn not only how to use a wok, but also how to care for it. You'll learn to create a range of quick and tasty starter and main course dishes, using a variety of Chinese ingredients. All ingredients are sourced from shops around Glasgow so it’s the perfect excuse to venture into the various Chinese supermarkets.



Recipes are mostly adaptable for vegetarians. You'll be able to take home a tasty dish each week while learning new hints and tips in the kitchen.
