This course will be a hands-on fun day to get you in the Christmas spirit. You will start the day with coffee and then get straight down to decorating your cake. You will learn how to cover your cake as well as some simple techniques that will enable you to achieve some stunning results.

By the end of the day you will not only have learnt the skills to be able to decorate your Christmas cake in future years but you will have your own individual Christmas cake, designed and decorated by you, to take away to impress your friend and family with this Christmas.
