Course programme
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in a qualification that covers the
basic principles of food hygiene for caterers and other food handlers. As this course involves a pass/fail examination , a pre course assessment will be required.
Those who have previously attended and achieved the CIEH or equivalent award and now require an update.
