About this course
To provide candidates working in a supervisory position with food safety knowledge to ensure good working practices and to pass the level 3 food safety exam. .
Cooks, chefs, volunteers, market traders, mobile food vendors, catering outlets, catering suppliers, hospitality workers and many more.
Ideally food safety level 2 (basic food hygiene) taken in the last 3 years. Min level 2 in English functional skills.
CIEH level 3
