The course consists of two afternoon sessions and uses lectures, videos and practical demonstrations to explain basic food handling.
Duration :Two 1/2 days or 1 full day
Who the Course is For:
It is advised in the Food Hygiene regulations that all food handlers should receive appropriate food hygiene training. This course is designed for those people who work with food or who seek employment in the Food Industry.
This course is organised in partnership with the local environmental health department.
Assessment:
A short multichoice test.

CIEH intermediate certificate in food hygiene.
