About the course
This is a CIEH level 3 food safety course, which looks at the subject of the level 2 certificate in much more detail. Candidates get a greater understanding of food poisoning bacteria and contamination, and ways to prevent this happening, at a more supervisory level.
How long does it take?
There are three days of teaching (six hours per day).
