Duration
The duration of the course is 18 hours (3 ½ days) and we usually run the course one day a week over 3 weeks, with the examination on the morning of the fourth day. We usually aim to start the course at 9.00am each day and therefore taking into account time for refreshment and lunch breaks, the course usually finishes around 4.30pm each day. The course will take place on
9th & 10th and 16th & 17th September 2009

Assessment
There is a 60 question multiple-choice test and candidates are required to achieve 66% or more in order to receive a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety. Candidates who achieve a score of 85% or more will be awarded a credit pass. Examinations are also available in Cantonese and Bengali.QCA Accredited
