Course outline
This course and qualification are ideal for people who want to develop the skills and knowledge to work, or progress in work, in a front line capacity in housing. Many people who take this course are involved tenants or volunteers who want to get the qualification for work in housing. It will also prepare students for further study and progression to Level 4 or a relevant degree level qualification should they wish to take this route.

How much will it cost?
The course fee is £1264. This course is not fundable by the 24+ Advanced Learning Loan, however you can explore other payment options with us or talk to the National Careers Service to find out about funding options.
How do I enrol?

What's the time commitment
This is a part-time course, of 6 hours per week. Your college-based study will take place one day per week. You will be expected to undertake your own study and research and complete assignments outside of class time.

Support for you
Before you start your lessons, you’ll take part in induction sessions, where you’ll meet other students and find out all about the support that’s available to you. This includes learning about the vle, tutorials and the campus facilities, as well as what’s expected of you and what you can expect from us. All students can receive free, confidential and impartial advice on things like: your next step in education or your career, finance, housing, health, immigration, benefit claims, legal problems, sexual health, drugs, staying safe, personal/emotional concerns and other issues.
