CIOB Level 4 Certificate/Diploma in Site Management (C/DSM)

This course is designed to meet the needs of those employed in, or training for, site management in the construction industry and gives participants the opportunity to improve their site management performance. Gaining the Site Management Certificate/Diploma provides evidence to employers and clients that a nationally recognised level of studies has been successfully completed.

Qualification of an already experienced site manager helps employers satisfy Health & Safety requirements.

Upon successful completion of Year 1 the CIOB Certificate in Site Management is gained upon successful completion of Year 2. The Diploma award qualifies participants with the correct experience for Associate Membership of the Institute.

The CIOB judges your diploma award to be the equivalent to a HNC in Building Studies. This award provides the underpinning knowledge for NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management.
