Delivery Methods
Tutor led discussions and workshops, case studies, and group and individual exercises.
Programme Duration
Operated through our popular fast track method, the programme is completed in two block weeks of training separated by a two/three month period. Outside the workshops you study the learning materials. In all, the programme is typically completed in six months. You will be able to gain help and support for your written assignments if you need it, as well as feedback on your progress.
Tailored in-house corporate programmes can follow different schedules as required by the client.
Study Requirements
Four to six hours per week including work on assignments.
Learning Materials
Four interactive workbooks written specifically by BPP for the programme; a BPP Student Handbook for use in the workshops.
Assessment Methods
Assessment through two written assignments, two skills assessments and a management report. There are no exams.
Accreditation/Awards
Successful completion of the programme leads to the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice and Associate membership of the CIPD.
