Course programme

Our certificate courses are designed to build solid foundations which will increase knowledge, skills and development whilst also offering professional recognition. The CTP follows the Systematic Training Cycle from undertaking an initial training needs analysis, through to design and delivery then finally evaluation.

The CTP is ideal for anyone who is currently or aspires to be a training practitioner. Even if you have a lot of training delivery experience this could still be the course for you offering a great way to gain fresh ideas and tips from both your tutor and fellow students.

Completion of the CTP leads to CIPD Associate membership.
