This module not just on the practical aspects of recruitment, selection, employee retention and dismissal, but also on the strategic aspects to equip learners with the knowledge and skills required for resourcing and talent management within a global context.



Employment Law

The purpose of this module is to provide learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to brief organisations on the consequences of current and future developments in employment law, and to give up-to-date, timely and accurate advice concerning the practical application of legal principles at work in different jurisdictions.



Learning & Talent Development

This module will develop a critical understanding of the potential and limitations of the contribution of learning and talent development policies and strategies to formulating and achieving objectives at national, organisational, group and individual levels and will enable the development of intellectual, social, professional and personal skills to perform effectively in associated professional roles.



Reward Management

This module examines total rewards in an organisational and international context and provides learners with the knowledge and understanding of environments in which reward professionals plan, implement and evaluate employee reward policies to support strategic organisational goals.

Course overview This advanced qualification is ideal if you are looking to develop your HR career to the next level, work as an independent consultant or aspire to become a Chartered Member or Fellow of the CIPD. Set at Postgraduate level, the Level 7 Advanced qualifications are the most widely recognised professional qualifications in the field of Human Resources (HR) and the highest level of qualifications that CIPD offer. The Advanced Certificate can be achieved by completing any four modules of the modules offered, whilst the Advanced Diploma requires the completion of all eight modules. The provision of either a part time or flexible study option, means you can select the study mode to best suit your lifestyle and preferred learning style. Both programmes are fully supported by our CIPD tutor team; however attending on a flexible basis just requires attendance at a monthly workshop. Entry requirements A Level 5 CIPD qualification, CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management or completion of first year of the Professional Development Scheme or a relevant BA or Masters degree of a QAA Level 7 qualification or appropriate work experience.
