About this course

The aim and objective of this course is to ensure that all those given supervisory responsibilities understand why they are carrying our the identified duties, what is expected of them and to ensure that they have contributed to the safety of the workplace.

This course is for first line managers, those who have or are about to acquire supervisory responsibilities.
