City and Guilds Diploma for IT Users and IT Practitioners Level 2

This qualification is for learners who already have some knowledge and experience in the subject and want to improve, or want recognition of their skills in systems support.

The qualification covers specific units developed for e-Quals, maintaining ICT equipment and systems, customer care provision, installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software, ICT systems testing once you have made changes and work to industry standard ICT repair centre procedures. Vendor units from Microsoft MCDST and CompTIA A+ and DHTI+ units can also be used to make up the qualification.
