The City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing generally follows on from the City & Guilds 6129 Technical Certificate in Plumbing. Assessment of the City & Guilds 6089 NVQ takes place on-site by Crownship’s industry experience and qualified assessors.

To complete the NVQ in a Plumbing course Crownship’s fully qualified NVQ assessors will visit you onsite. Crownship are currently assessing candidates in Nottinghamshire, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, Humberside and Teesside, we also cover all the mainland UK. It normally takes around 2/3 visits from a Crownship assessor along with other evidence to complete your NVQ plumbing qualification.

Depending on the type of work being undertaken and its variety, the normal time period for completion of the City & Guilds 6089 is about 4 to 6 months. Upon completion of the 6089 and 6129 you will be classed as a qualified plumber to NVQ level 2.

Crownship provides dedicated NVQ support via telephone and email should you have any queries regarding the onsite plumbing assessments. Our Plumbing NVQ assessor will guide you through the City & Guilds 6089 Plumbing course. There are no theory elements for the City & Guilds 6089 NVQ level 2, although candidates should have successfully completed the City & Guilds 6129 course first. You will be assessed onsite (i.e. in the customers house while you are working and earning) on the following topics.
