Course programme

The skills of spoke communication, reading and writing play a fundamental part in adult life. Effective communications skills support independent living and broaden the choices and opportunities available to individuals.

Teachers and Tutors in the Lifelong Learning Sector need to have a current L2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy in order to achieve fully qualified status and to support their tuition of others.

Medway Adult Learning can offer the L2 Awards in Literacy and Numeracy on a test-only basis (tuition is available at additional cost).

Test sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the year at our Rochester Adult Education Centre.
