Get the qualification required to work with F Gas

The aim of this qualification is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to work on the installation, service, maintenance, recovery and leak checking of stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment that contains refrigerants classified as either fluorinated (F) gases or ozone depleting substances (ODS).

The qualification enables refrigeration engineers to meet legal requirements in relation to the qualifications required to work with Fluorinated Greenhouse Gasses, otherwise known as F Gasses. The F Gas Regulations have been put in place by DEFRA to help EC countries meet the Kyoto protocol targets.
