Who is this course for?
This Apprenticeship is available at Advanced level and allows you to study towards a recognised qualification whilst in paid employment. Applicants to this Apprenticeship could be a mix of age and experience. As a guide, applicants may come from a range of routes including: work or work experience training and/or experience which could include a portfolio showing what you have done, Intermediate Apprenticeship, vocational or academic qualification(s).
What other experience will I gain?
As an Advanced Level apprentice you could work, for example, as a Plant Mechanic, working on a construction site or in a workshop carrying out maintenance and repairs to excavators, cranes, trucks and other machinery associated with plant. You could then specialise in hydraulics and electrical components.
