Learning Outcomes
1. Understand the general juridictioin of the County Court and the High Court 2. Be able to explain how to progress an action for a claim for a specifed amount from inception to enforcement of Judgment in the High Court, County Court and the Small Claims Court
Assessment
A multiple choice test and a written assignment answering eight questions. Approximately 3000 words.
