Course review:

You will learn as a group the basic principles of construction and how to build a clay oven. This will enable you to design and create your own clay oven for pizza or bread making at home. You will learn how to test clay, make your bricks and construct the oven. It is a messy process but great fun

The course will run from 0900am until 1700pm approximately.

A home cooked lunch of pizza using our own oven is provided along with tea and coffee throughout the day
