Controversial moving and handling techniques. By the end of the course participants will have practised using accepted techniques in : Moving inanimate objects. Moving and Handling People. Practical People Moving and Handling. Suitable for: All residential and Nursing homes. All people involved in moving and handling people or inanimate objects whether in nursing, residential homes or in the community.

As an Occupational Therapist, I have been helping and supporting people in the community for twenty years. I want to bring my wealth of knowledge to help employers provide and maintain safe working environments by helping them change the moving and handling culture with their organisations.

My one day course covers:
