CMI Certificate in First Line Management Level 3

This qualification would suit you if you are a practising or aspiring first line manager/supervisor.
In order to achieve the Certificate you will complete at least 2 units selected from the full 7 units that make up the Diploma in First Line Management
Entry RequirementsYou do not need any specific qualifications but will need to demonstrate a good standard of written English skills in order to complete your unit assignments.
The assignments will also require information drawn from your own specific organisation.
Course Content

How will I be assessed?
There are no exams
You will be assessed through unit assignments that may include elements of role play / presentation work depending on the units you choose.
You will receive a CMI endorsed Certificate which will provide you with at least 13 credits towards the full Diploma.
What can I do next?
Your Certificate will provide you with at least 13 credits towards the minimum of 42 you will need to progress to the full Diploma in First Line Management.
Additional costs
Course fees will include a registration fee payable to the awarding body - the Chartered Management Institute.
