se runs over 34 weeks – one afternoon and evening per week. Where employers have a significant number of staff whom they wish to develop, a flexible, customised programme can be offered in-house.
Assessment is via a combination of assignments, case study, Continuing Professional Development Evidence; Presentation; Role Play; Simulations and Work-based Evidence. This ensures that you develop a range of key management skills and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own workplace context. Assessment will focus on the practical application of management ideas. Attendance at a Friday and Saturday sequential may be a part of the programme.
