CMI L7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership

The CMI Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership (QCF) provides candidates with both the competence and knowledge in Senior Management and Leadership. This course looks at Management and Leadership, from Directorship and Senior Manager level.

• ML46: Establish business risk management processes
• ML65: Lead the development of a continuous improvement strategy

• ML60: Shape organisational culture and values
• ML53: Manage product and/or service development

Entry Requirements:

All learners looking to complete the CMI Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership must meet all entry requirements stated below:

• You must have either a Bachelors Degree (BA/BSc) or have the Level 5 NVQ/Diploma in Management and Leadership
• You must be working as a Senior Manager to complete this course (evidence will be requested)
