The CMI Level 5 Management Coaching and Mentoring qualifications are designed to support managers in the development of management coaching and mentoring skills, and to identify the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.
This course is intened for middle managers who are responsible for the performance of others and will develop management coaching and mentoring skills.
There are no formal entry requirements however you should be working as, or aspiring to be, a middle manager, coach or mentor.
Level 5 Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring;
Level 5 Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring.
This course is delivered online via distance learning. You will have access to a dedicated performance coach/ assessor who will coach you through the programme from start to finish providing you with all the support and guidance you need. Our highly supportive approach sets us apart from our competitors and enables us to tailor the programme around your individual needs.
