The Level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring qualifications are designed for managers and leaders who have the authority and responsibility for developing and implementing a coaching and mentoring strategy across the organisation. The qualifications require managers and leaders to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of embedding the organisation’s strategy.

About this course

This course is designed for senior managers and leaders who have the authority and responsibility for developing and implementing a coaching and mentoring strategy across the organisation.

The course is also designed for professional coaches and mentors seeking to enhance and accredit their skills and experience with a nationally recognised qualification.

There are no formal entry requirements however you should be working as, or aspiring to be, a strategic manager, coach or mentor.

CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring;
CMI Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring.

Throughout the qualification you will have access to a dedicated Performance Coach who will be your Tutor/ Assessor during the programme, providing you with all the support and guidance you need. Our highly supportive approach sets us apart from our competitors and enables us to tailor the programme around your individual needs.

Working one-to-one with a Performance Coach and reviewing what you do and how you do it really makes a difference. By working smarter, you save yourself time, streamline routine processes and find solutions to current and on-going problems.

The way you work with your Performance Coach involves working on the things that are causing you the most problems and pain. We do not use simulations or hypothetical scenarios to help you achieve your qualification – we use live, real-time problems that you are facing and support you to make improvements and move forward.

We use the qualification as a framework to embed the learning and development into the workplace in order to maximise the impact on performance.

You can start the qualification at any time as the programme is delivered online via distance learning delivery method on a one-to-one basis.

Assessment:

Assessment is achieved through the writing of one 3,000 – 3,500 word assignment per unit. Learners will have the option to submit a draft of their assignment, which will be assessed and for which feedback will be provided on possible/necessary improvements. Assessment is not pass or fail, we will continue to work with individuals until they meet the required standards set by CMI.
