This is a course for those who have little or no CNC experience. The course allows individuals to work on practical exercises with industrial software and machinery.

What modules are covered?

 CNC Milling

Reading Engineering Drawings and identifying manufacturing information.

Basic Programming Techniques, including canned cycles and tool radius compensation.

Programme prove out Techniques, using graphical methods and safe operation using manual over-rides.

Hands on work, including the use of the machine in hand through to Auto mode.

Practical exercises in class.
