Co ordination of Learning & Development NVQ Level 4

This course is suitable for those who have already reached a certain level of skill and competence in training, learning and development.
It has been designed to be particularly suitable for those practioners who deliver Government funded work-based learning.
It is a distance learning programme
Entry RequirementsMust be working in a role that involves them co-ordinating the contributions of others involved in training, learning and development.
Course Content
Course consists of seven units of which 6 are mandatory and there is a choice from 7 for the option unit:
·Evaluate and develop your own practice.
·Identify individual learning aims and programmes.
·Design learning programmes.
·Agree learning programmes with learners.
·Manage the contribution of other people.
·Evaluate and improve learning and development programme.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is via providing evidence of competence across all the criteria in the required number of units.
They build a portfolio which will include observation by the assessor, professional discussion, documents etc.
What can I do next?
There is a Level 5 in Learning & Development (not offered by this college).
Some will follow the academic route which can lead to Graduate Memebership of the CIPD.
