Why choose to be coached?

  • organisational change is happening quickly throughout the entire sector
  • mission statements, performance indicators, strategic plans require response
  • it is all too easy to get caught up in ticking the boxes and lose a sense of the personal integrity, purpose and vision which drew you to this work in the first place
  • for work to be fulfilling there needs to be an alignment between organisational and personal values
  • to be an inspiring leader you need to be inspired
  • to have a fully engaged team you need to be fully engaged and to be able to articulate that enthusiasm, commitment and energy to others
  • coaching gives you the time for reflective thought so that you can continue to access your own sources of inspiration and have a strong clarity of purpose
  • it enables you to prioritise time and energy in a way which supports you, your team and the organisation
  • being coached gives you tools which you can use during both formal and informal supervision of others and enables you to be marker, a plumbline for integrity within your organisation ~ all of which are positive results

Length of sessions: this is negotiable but usually in 2 hour blocks
