Course programme

Topics for Day 1:

Introduction to the five systems model. Understanding how thoughts, feelings, behaviours, physiology and the environment interact to create and maintain psychological distress.

Topics for Day 2:

Using the five systems model, day 2 looks at how cognitive behavioural approaches can be used to manage various forms of psychological distress, associated with mood and anxiety disorders.
