Dr Culshaw is an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist and CBT Practitioner trained in SFT who currently works for Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. Dr Culshaw delivers a wide range of training to a variety of professionals as well as carrying a clinical case load.
Course programme
Topics for Day 1:
Introduction to the five systems model. Understanding how thoughts, feelings, behaviours, physiology and the environment interact to create and maintain psychological distress.
Topics for Day 2:
Using the five systems model, day 2 looks at how cognitive behavioural approaches can be used to manage various forms of psychological distress, associated with mood and anxiety disorders.
