Aura-Soma is a non-intrusive and self-selective development tool in which colour is the key. It can help you improve your spiritual wellbeing and a deeper understanding of yourself.
It is an ancient knowledge now accessible to all.
Aura-Soma speaks a universal language through beautiful bottles of rainbow coloured oils, special essences, pomanders and quintessences.
In this introductory day you will get a feel of what Aura-Soma is all about. We will do colour consultations, explore over 100 coloured equilibriums bottles and experience the beautiful effects of the pomanders and quintessences.
Different teaching methods will be used including groupwork, colour exercise and meditation to deepen our understanding of the colours.
No previous experience is needed.
